Barrel-Cured Grey Corned Beef

St Patrick's Day is Tuesday, 3/17 this year, and we have limited quantities of our homemade grey corned beef available. We use only hand trimmed brisket flats, cut into approximately 4lb pieces. Order multiple if you need more than 4lbs.

All corned beef will be available to pickup as early as 3/13 through 3/18. No need to select a date.
